trying to get through to a human seems to be impossible, i want to talk
about a bar on my account, live chat wont help me and 2 hours on the
phone yesterday, now im trying again so great being an 02 customer. Why
is it so difficult?
i joined live chat and someone called preethi answered and i mentioned
how the live chat should be more obvious and this complete [Removed]
close the live chat on purpose, if you cant deal with complaints get a
new job.
