esim application

I need to change my plastic sim for an esim, but calling 202 is just an automated loop that hangs up if the question cannot be answered and there is no contact us window available? what do i do? Any help?

You need to call O2, choose any option to speak to someone
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
