eSIM didn’t swap over to new iphone

Hello, as above, my eSIM didn’t swap to new iPhone, how can get a new one or transfer the old one? The instructions have me going round in circles!

You can't use the old one. You need to get a replacement from O2 and you will have to do that any time you want to move phone.

You can see if MyO2 has one waiting

Otherwise contact O2
