so im now recently paying my phone bill through 02, when checking my outgoing direct debits i have about 4 or 5 different mobile payments, 2 being from carphone warehouse, anyone got any idea how i can find out which ones i should actually still be paying?! And which direct debits i can cancel?

If you've moved to refresh on O2 you should just be paying 2 DD's to O2 only.

The only way to find out is by contacting O2. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Try 0800 587 4005 first.
