My nana passed away in december and ive been trying to cancel one of the phones she has as one of them is my phone and the other is my sisters, ive spent countless hours on the phone and been in the shops several times i think its absoloutely disgusting how difficult it has been to get through to someone and sort this out, the money has been coming out of the bank for 7 months now and as the contracts are in her name they should have been cancelled after the first phone call or even shop visit!!!!!!!!!
