data reset on shared tarrif

Hi all,
I seem to be a victim of the issue with data allowances not resetting at the end of the month.

Does anyone know how prevalent this problem is and how to fix it?

It is quite common as we have seen from recent threads about Shared Data. Its a website error and you will have to contact O2 Cs to reset your allowance.  It appears once they have done this is causes no further problems...(though I would advise you to keep checking)

It seems to be a common problem.
CS will sort it out for you.
