Can anyone help - my daughter cannot use her data when outside yet she has an allowance of 45gb - i vaguely remember messing about with parental control of her phone and she has no access to data since! thanks

You need to undo whatever settings you changed.

I would reset settings, and If no luck with that, go to your local o2 shop for help and advice.
