Hi, im trying to get in contact with o2, im currently furloughed and my bill date is coming up soon. i have not recieved payment from the gov yet. everytime i call 202 it gets me no where and just says there only dealing with urgent matters, bye and then the call dis connects??

called this number, pressed one for calling on current number, then they sent a text with my current minutes left etc, then they said press 2 for anything else billling related. and then said were only dealing with urgent matters, bye. ?
