Hi, I have cancelled one of my 02 pay monthly contract on 15th April 2020. I would like to get a copy of the final bill. Since I have cancelled this 02 number, I can't see any bill online. I had requested O2 customer service straightaway to post me the bill. It's been two weeks and I have not received the bill yet. Is there anyway I can chat with any customer service person about this issue?

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
