Resolved! Proof of purchase of new phone

Hey, anyone able to tell me where u can get my proof of purchase for claiming the samsung headphones for the new s20 ultra. I submitted the email to Samsung but they am have turned it down. Cant get through to o2 on the phone. Thanks George
