O2 have temporarily removed the ability to add additional O2 products (except smartwatches and associated tablets) into a single MyO2 account. This functionality has been disabled/removed until all the Virgin Media customers have been moved to O2, and when the move from the Legacy billing system to the new O2 360 billing system completes, @paul471. I have not seen word of when it will be available as an option once more - but both initiatives above are running several months behind schedule currently, so...
