Resolved! sim swap

Hi i have a new sim on the way as my sim now is not a 5g sim but an hour after speaking with o2 my old sim i have now has stop work and i have emergency call only is there anything i can do utill my new one comes thanks

Changing tariff

I am trying to change tariff to a larger amount of data per month. I am logged in on the O2 app or the website but each tariff I choose it says 'Something went wrong, refresh the page or come back later'. Anyone else had this problem.
