@Anonymous You need to contact Customer Service immediately. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus Stay on the line until you get to the menu to report a lost or stolen phone or sim and give them the details. There should be someone to take your call 24 hrs. You should also report the loss to the police and get a crime number. Until you do, you are responsible for any charges made on your number. Do not delay. Call as soon as you read this post.

Hi @Anonymous There are a couple of other ways of reporting this if you look at this guide https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/Lost-or-Stolen-O2-Device-How-to-Report-it/ba-p/1023988
The loss must be reported to O2 within 24 hours. That way, the customer can only be held liable for any charges up to the point of reporting or a maximum liability of £100.
If you have insurance you need to report it to them asap

If someone is answering it no doubt they will be racking up charges on contract. If PAYG it isn't too critical only credit will be lost or if it's used for fraudulent purposes.
