on wednesday 20th sept 2023 i received a text telling me i needed to top up before 21st..so i topped up £10.. then on thursday i received a text telling me i needed to top up againi contacted o2 cust service and was told they had made a mistake and my credit would be added to allow my top up..this didnt happen and i was forced to top up a further £10....this is bad service..resulting in me having to top up £20 to get £10 of credit...please amend this..
