I need to download my bill showing airtime & device plan playemnts. the bills this year doesn't show the devise plan?
where can i download this combined information?
have o2 help servises stopped completly? the phone is engaged and the app chat no longer works!!? As a comunication tech company i really would have though they should be on top of this by now?

You need to contact O2.

Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

Thanks for answering. yes i agree contacting o2 would be best but i just cant get through...
so far i have had an automated responce via th app showing me how to download the airtime bill. But no help or acnoledgemnt with how to download reciepts / bills for the device plan!!!??
the sujestion recomened in this thred only takes me to the devise plan agreement, no recipets of payment downloads.
Any one else have any bright ideas?

The only way is to call.
Try at 8.00am to avoid a long wait.
