I ported my old Talktalk number to my new O2 sim. It works fine except 2 family members are on IDMobile. If I text them it shows up as the new O2 number, the one that should have been replaced. They can text me back on that number, but not of my port...

Resolved! Call merging on pay as you go

Hi, I have a pay monthly sim with o2 using an iPhone and I can use the call merging feature. Just wanted to know if I was to get a pay as go SIM card will the call merging feature work at all as I know some networks don’t provide it on pay as you go.

Visual voicemail and iData bolt on

New sim. But visual voicemail has disappear. Online help says to activate iData in ‘bolt ons’. Guess what, that option is not available on my O2 account.Any help gratefully received
