Call 0344 809 0202

When you go through the menu option you will be threw back into a COVID Bolt On menu option, press 1 for fraud/lost/stolen is the only option available for customer services to help, if you don’t select 1 you will be thanked and your call dropped.

You need to read the terms and conditions and the service is not guaranteed to work 100% of the time.

Have you checked https://status.o2.co.uk to see if there is an issue within your post code area.

Have you also reset your network connections.

I will also advise against not paying as o2 will suspend your service and add £3.50 to your bill for late payment and will also escalate as far as issuing a default against you, and passing to a debt collection agency.
