How do I access the chats that I,ve had with 02? I requested the chats to be sent to my email address. But when I received the transcript. There were just xxxx,s. The xx,s covered the information I needed. Can anyone help? Please.

You can't get copies sent so probably best to do another chat and take screenshots.

Is this live chat you are talking about? If so they can only be saved if you save them yourself at the end of the chat session. If you request a copy of the transcript then xxxx will cover some information for data protection.

Did you complete a SAR (subject access request)
