changing payment plan

i want to move my payment plan from my personal account into my joint account but dont see any option to update full banking details on the website. do i have to cancel my current and somehow start a new direct debit in my other account or is there a way i can transfer it across through the website/live chat with o2 staff ?

 

please help/advise

Log into your MyO2 on your PC.
Go to bills and scroll down to payment details.
You’ll need to set a pin to access this section the first time.
Make sure you do it at least 7 days prior to the Direct debit date to ensure enough time for the system to update.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
