is it possible to switch from a pay monthly account to a business account, without having to pay a cancellation charge?

If you're still within contract it isn't possible without any cancellation charge, to avoid this you'd have to wait until you're out of contract.

thanks , I was trying to get a boostbox as i cant make or receive calls inside or outside my house for that matter , even though O2 say I should get an acceptable 2g signal. I'll have to try to appeal to their better nature if they've got one

Ah I see, yeah boost boxes are are only for business customers so I wouldn't really bother. If you have WiFi at home have a look at TuGo, it lets you make calls and send texts over your home internet connection, without a 2G signal. http://www.o2.co.uk/apps/tu-go

I've got TuGo but it doesn't work with incoming calls , they just come through as a message saying missed call

Sounds like you haven't got incoming calls turned on in TuGo? If you load up the app and go into your settings there should be a switch for incoming calls, is this turned on?

Hmm that is odd. Are you using an iPhone/Android/other? Check your notification settings and permissions for Tu Go. If thats's all in order try uninstalling/reinstalling and setting up again. If that still doesn't work it might be worth posting on the Tu Go forum and see if anybody there can help you. http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/TU-Go/bd-p/555
