My mobile phone is set up in my girlfriends name.
I am trying to change the bank details and the address as we are now no longer together.
She can confirm thatit is ok to change the details.
i have tried to do so on line, but it will not let me.
Can you tell me what i need to do in order to get these changes made?
many thanks
Jake

Hi @Anonymous You will need to contact customer services and they will want to speak to your ex girlfriend at the same time http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
Just remember that if you default on payment your ex will remain liable as the phone remains in her name.
CS may wish you to take out your own contract.....

Thing is Rich the OP only asked about changing the address and bank details. No mention of name change?
