Not at all. Unfortunately you couldn't pick a worse time to contact customer service as you probably realise but I'm not trying to make excuses for them. Incidently after reading your initial post I tried online chat and got through ok?

If you are using an iPhone or iPad you need to force desktop mode in Safari to get live chat to work and disable any pop up blockers.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
