I want to cancel my contract as they are putting the price up can i do it online

Sorry to hear that the only reason you are leaving is due to the price rise slight_frown

 

Have you worked out how much your contract will be going up by after the price increase from Feb 2013?

 

It is 3.2 % so for example if you pay £25 p/m it would be an increase of just 80p per month.

It is not the point of the cost it is because i was not informed that it could go up at the time of signing contract some might say its miy fault for not reading the terms but who does when i asked if the price would stay the same i was told it would so feel ive been misled

The information about the possibility of a price increase up to the level of inflation, is in the terms that you agreed to when you joined O2.

 

O2 is the only company not to have done this before, and at least one other has done it twice.
