Just familiarise yourself with what's available from O2 in this respect today, @Bubs - as you may find O2 hear "broadband" and direct you to the Virgin Media side of the business:

You cant reactivate it, you will need to sign up as a new customer, and pass all the credit and affordability checks.
Visit the o2 shop pages or visit a store.
