blocking calls

Is there any way I can block a 08455 number ?

I know its an unwanted call so ignore it but then it goes throught to voicemail and I get charged

Also O2 will change your mobile number once free of charge.

Which phone do you have I can't see why you would be charged for voicemails left from an 0845 number

If the OP is a Payg Customer then they would be charged for accessing O2 Voicemail.

Do you recognise the company who is contacting you from listening to the voicemails ?

Next time they ring take the call and ask them to stop or simply block the number using the phones ability.
