Hi, I’m trying to pay a bill and cancel my contract on a SIM I have never used. Having never used it I don’t know the number and don’t have the SIM anymore. I’m being chased for payment, but anytime I try to ask how I can pay I’m asked for my number....

Switched away using PAC, no final bill, no myO2 access to account and customer services lying

Resolved! Sim only tariff

I have just changed my tariff to sim only. I received an email to say my travel zone has been removed. Under tariffs it says if I have a 100GB data plan I should retain this. My new tariff is over 100 so not sure why it has been removed?
