Rolling plan problem

My rolling plan was not renewed despite 10£ were charged to me on November 6th.i also topped up my credit in case useful but I have been left with no mobile data on my phone.

Change primary number?

I have primary number on my o2 account which i get code to log in but the number is no longer active and I am trying to change it but can't find an option. Does any know how to?
