Resolved! Remove restrictions from SIM card

A block was put on my SIM card as my phone has been stolen I’ve received a new SIM card and the restrictions need to be removed so I can use the new SIM card. I’ve tried to call but can’t get through

Charged because forgot to cancel tariff
