Resolved! Throttling

If I was being throttled/restricted on data.Would I get good speeds when in close proximity to an antenna?If o2 were throttling, would it be the same on 4g & 3G?

Why is my Discount

I have just upgraded my iPhone 7 Plus to a iPhone 11 Pro and included my blue light discount code - but it shows this as 0. I thought it took 25% off the airtime plan which is £35 ? Please can someone help ?

New phone but need to talk to O2

I need a new phone. I have found one still with O2 but on another site which is a lot cheaper than O2 and wanted to see if O2 could offer a better deal. Also want to keep same number, how do I get pac code when you cannot talk to anyone?
