I am trying to cancel a new contract with my 14 day cooling off period I have not used the sim. So trying to cancel the contract via the landline telephone number is an impossible task as they assume you have that sim in a phone. Can I email O2 and ask them to cancel?? Or is there an online chat

thank you in advance

There is support available via Social Media, any of Twitter (or X), Facebook or Instagram - look in the link just below, @Sallycin - see if they can help you out. You can also call the Sales Team free from any phone on 0800 081 0255. Good luck!

@Sallycin

if you cannot resolve this using the contact details that @pgn has supplied, you can write to O2 by "snail mail" using the "Prefer to write to us ?" link at :-

Contact Us | Help, Support and Useful Numbers | O2

https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

That details the address as :-

O2 Correspondence Team
PO BOX 694
Winchester
SO23 5AP

As you have to notify O2 within the cooling-off period, a letter might be a useful back-up ; please remember to keep a copy in case of dispute.
