Resolved! Port Number

Is it possible to port a number over to O2 after a few months of having a contract with them I ported over a number when I opened the account but now want to to replace that number with another number I have with another provider

Return to different store

Is it possible to return an order to a different store? No store has a replacement product in store so going to have to order it online, so thought be easier just going to the closest store instead of the one bought at.
