Resolved! Monthly charges

As my contract is expired, should I not see a drop in my monthly bill.Is it not just the airtime plan I could be paying for ? My bills were usually around the £34 to £38 mark.With my contract finished my latest bill is £34.Is that correct ?

Resolved! how do I know if message is scam or not

Received message couldn't deduct latest bill from registered payment method. Visit web address to resolve issue and avoid sim termination. But on my account says bill issued 8th March payment due 24. nothing about an issue with payment.

My basket vanished after paying upfront cost

Hello I paid the upfront fee confirmed payment on banking app which shows as being taken out and the screen froze and now basket has vanished. I have received contract info but nothing else
