Resolved! Galaxy Ear Buds £1

We upgraded our phones two weeks ago to the S23.The offer was we get a voucher for £218 off Galaxy Ear Buds, so we will only pay £1 for them. I have checked all texts, emails, plus package and no code arrived. Anyone else having the same issues?

Hi, I’m trying to pay for my 15£ rolling plan but it’s keep failing, says we couldn’t take the payment please check your card details. I have tried 2 different cards I have money on them and I’m actively using them. I entered the details correctly.
