Cancellation and final bill

Does anyone know how to view your final bill after you’ve cancelled your contact? I’ve just received an email saying to check myo2 but there’s nothing there. I think they will owe us money

VAT invoice

When I log on to my O2 account I would like to see a VAT breakdown. But this is not possible and instead I have to contact O2, which is time consuming! Can you please amend my account to show the VAT ? Many thanks, Helen Wright.
