How much Remaining balance have on my contract

before when i check for an upgrade it shows me how much remain i have to pay off, but now there is nothing but still charging me the same amount of money. my contract was with a device also.

I don’t have a cap on my spending, but when I want to purchase things through my phone bill, it’s told me I’m at my limit? How? It says if I want to make more purchases, to contact o2, but how?!
