Don't buy phone insurance from O2

This is a bit of a surprise but don't buy phone insurance from O2. My phone replacement is taking at least two weeks with no end in sight! The whole point of insurance from your phone company is fast replacement. I recommend a third party insurer now...

Resolved! Data useage too high

I purchased a 1GB bolt on at 17:55 today. I looked at the useage on the internet and at 18:30 today half of the bolt on had been used. Is it possible to use so much data in half an hour. Why else might the useage be so high?
