Why should I pay my bill. We have been without a signal around our local area for a week and are still advised it will be another week due to upgrade work. Still being billed though, why?

My phone has fallen in water

Lost sim card

Hello, I am abroad and have lost my sim card. To sign in to my O2 account I need to enter a code that is sent to my phone number, but I cannot enter that code because I lost my sim card. Please could you help?
