I recently changed to a yearly sim only contract. I've had confirmation that it's done and it's working fine. Why have I now been sent a new sim card? Must I insert the new one?

Credit ran out, tried to top up, call the 4444 service for some reason the transaction doesn't work. Try again online and this time it works. Next week I need to top up again so I try phoning and yet again it doesn't work. Go back online and now this...

I upgraded my contract recently and the adviser said that they would e mail me my contract paperwork. I have received an e mail with a link that takes me to my o2 but i can't find the paperwork anywhere on there any ideas where this will be?Thank You
