I had my phone sent for a warranty repair and it was returned today along with a letter saying it was a replacement phone with a different IMEI but the phone still had the security ring I had stuck to the back of the phone that is close to impossible...

Re: £1 per day for 100MB

I cannot understand why I am charged £1 per day on my pay as you go account. This has only recently started and I only use my phone for emergencies. How can I stop this £1 deduction

I have just swapped my sim from a pay as you go to a pay monthly contract ,what happens to the credit that I had on that sim.

Resolved! Contract was cancelled late December but I am still getting billed.

I cancelled with live chat. I would like to confirm that the account is closed and that you will refund the over payments taken from my account. Thanks, Graham.
