Unable to log in to account

I am unable to log in to my account since I got a new phone! Now o2 is saying it can’t send me anymore codes. I need to access my account to change the data plan asap

My Bill has suddenly gone up to £21.76 From £8.70 Per Month. Is this a mistake. Need vto talk to somebody. Am 88 year old Pensioner and this is to high.

Advised would add discount of 20% but hasnt and everything still at £8 for sim only that I verbally agreed Saturday with nitesh at £6.40 pcm
