International calls

I am getting charged for international calls that I am not making. Can I please ensure that I can’t make international calls from my phone? Can you put a block on calls abroad?

Cancel my contract

I have an O2 sim that I use for wifi and I don't use it in a phone. I got this sim as part of my Virgin deal a couple of years back. I would like to cancel my contract but I cannot receive the code as I don't have the sim in a phone!

Network not working when using dual SIm

I currently have a dual SIM, O2 and a US sim. I’m currently in the UK with my O2 SIM turned on and I’m not getting any data or connecting to the O2 network properly.I’m paying a monthly fee.thanks
