Restricted service help!

I had to pay part of my bill late so o2 restricted my service, I’ve paid it now, gone out of my bank my o2 says all good but it’s been 3/4 days since and I still can’t text/call and use data yet anyone able to help?

When Upgrading on O2

If I were to stay with O2 but upgrade via MPD (as an example). Do I keep my existing SIM card and change it into the new phone or do I use a new sim ?And would my existing number be automatically changed over to the new phone with either SIM card ?
