Notice of my bill is being sent to my wife's phone, with BT.Logging in to My O2 shows that there is only 1 mobile number linked to my account.The number of my phone.How can this be stopped?

I have an in-contract unlimited data tariff and have purchased a 12 mini to replace my O2 11 Pro directly from Apple. Do O2 tariffs have to be 5G specific to work on 5G, or will existing tariffs work on 5G when its available in the area?

Hello,I have had my phone on a contract and but I have paid off my device but I am still paying roughly the same amount of my bill. Will I be due a refund? Is this normal? What can I do as this doesn’t seem right.Thanks
