Invoice needes

Hey I'm trying to get a copy of the paper invoice receipt you get with your phone as I need a copy of it but no longer have the paper receipt. I'm not able to find any way to request it on the app or site and more at links keep sending me in circles....

I have been charged 54p for a picture message. I received a text from an unknown number and asked who it was. This is obviously a scam number sent to me and I don’t appear to be able to get rid of the number or block it. Please advise
