Resolved! Wi-Fi Calling

I have My Wi-Fi calling switched on but it’s not showing Wi-Fi calling on my screen, a have the iPhone 11 it’s an unlocked phone. A have tried switching off my data to get the Wi-Fi calling to kick in but nothing!

Higher bill

So I’m on a £34 a month contract with unlimited texts and calls and 15gb of data with a spend cap on so shouldn’t let me go over but yet my bill was £51.80 this month and no device plan in place to explain the extra charge . I’m confused

Resolved! Cancelled my contract, but still being billed

I spoke with O2 in December to cancel my phone contract. Why am I then still being billed a full months payment in February?My old phone was lost and the contract was up for renewal... so I shouldn’t have to owe anything.

Resolved! Travelling in Morocco

Hi, I'm about to go to Morocco and not sure if I need a bolt on to cover calls and texts, if so which is best? I use WhattsApp mostly but will occasionally need to call the UK and respond to texts.
