Phone scratch

Hi, I got my new Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra yesterday, unfortunately my screen protector has not arrived with this and now my screen is scratched. I think it rubbed off something in my pocket. Would anyone know how I could get this sorted? Thanks.

I had the option to silence unwanted calls which I willingly clicked on. However now I am missing important calls from legitimate numbers. I need to disable this function but can’t see how to! Would appreciate any help! Thank you.
