Resolved! Spend cap

How can O2 text me at 1400 hours to say I’ve used 50% of my spend cap, then again 18.49 to say I’ve used 100% of my spend cap, this does not ring true to me?? As I’ve not used my phone this afternoon?

Hi, I have just got a new I phone 12. I have transferred my SIM card from my old phone. Will I need to swap the SIM card to the new one that came with the phone to get 5g or can I use the old one?
