Hi. Can anyone tell me how to get proof of usage for an insurance claim please? I’ve tried the chat bot but it send me back to MyO2 and they don’t accept usage in there. They need all the details about the phone too.

Does anyone know how long o2 takes to pay out the enhance trade in. O2 recycle says O2 deals with enhance trade in value that should be credit after 21 days. However after 21 days still nothing from O2
