I called in today with data issues. They said that they have fixed it. I pay for unlimited data yet I’ve just had an email telling me that it’s been changed (without permission) to 30GB of data???? Why has this happened

I have completed the form to transfer my old number 3 times. It has been rejected 3 times and I don't ubders why. There is no number to call o2 to get any help.i am becoming very frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated
