Disney Plus not activating as offered extra

O2 offered Disney Plus for 6 months but when you try to activate extra it goes to a 404 error page!!! Please can this be rectified?

I had revived a text from o2 saying I have an overdue bill but money came out my account 2 days ago I’ve never had this before. It says it will put an extra £6 charge on if I don’t pay. It’s also coming up on the o2 app.
