I’ve been charged for a device on pay monthly but not received a confirmation email. When I tried to pay it said payment failed but it’s took it out my account???

Resolved! Downloading and printing monthly bill

I have 2 handsets, both on pay monthly through 1 bank account. I can download and print one of the monthly invoices but not the other. The latter shows "DASH_ERR04: The account number in the target address is invalid." How do I restify this ?

I’m sick of this!! Anyone else’s bills now doubled each month for not reason? If they don’t put it back to normal then I’ll switch networks as there’s 7 devices in my house and not going to pay double. What a joke!!
