Hi

as I agreed to 6 months paying 15 £ , in September 2021 , O2 charged me 43.95 £ , omg whast is this charged ?

You guys offer me 15£ for 6 months than , you can not do like this , I will stop using O2 . this is like cheat .

Please explaine to me what was this charge ? Thanks B
